b. 1986, HK.

I’m a user experience and interaction designer with an interdisciplinary approach and experience applying design thinking at multiple levels of skill and impact. I’ve worked in energy helping the country’s largest utilities use behavioral science to motivate customers to reduce energy use, at the UN with institutional investors to integrate long-termism into their portfolios, in food as a professional baker, and as a design and build hobbyist, turning my truck into a mobile tiny house.

I recently completed a graduate degree in design at Carnegie Mellon University.  I am driven by a desire to tackle intractable problems and to understand what connects people to place and to community. I believe that these relationships are at the core of what motivates and inspires humans to engage locally and globally.
